Our client is a global player within the specialty chemicals industry, headquarted in Germany. With several thousand employees in different business units globally allocated the annual turnover is over 1 billion €. For the future growth our client is seeking an experienced General Manager who will be responsible for all operational aspects of a successful management of our client´s growing business in the Russian Federation. He will closely work together with an experienced CFO, so that this tandem will play a crucial role for the success of our business. Our client is also seeking for this CFO. This is the opportunity to play a major role in an organization that has identified a niche market in a region that is experiencing huge economic growth. The selected candidates will help build, develop and lead a team of managers and co-workers capable of carrying-out the organizations objectives for the operations. The GM is committed to meet our client´s strategic, operational and financial business objectives in the Russian Federation by developing and executing policies, plans and procedures for all aspects of the day to day business. The CFO will take care for the implementation of the relevant processes and procedures to stear the development and success of this business, for example also with the help of developing key performance indicators. As General Manager and as CFO, you will be a critical member of the business team and will have direct accountability to the relevant Global Business Unit Manager.
