For our new hub  covering Russia and CIS we are looking for a Senior Account Director(f/m) - Russia                                      
                                                           with perspective of progressing into MD position                                                                                     Competitive salary based on experience (plus bonuses) 
 Job Profile:   • Acquiring national and international new clients on the Russian market;   • Selling of service propositions, i.e. pitching for new accounts;   • Leading the conception, implementation and supervision of PR and advertising campaigns;   • Staff management, recruitment, business plan development and reporting to the parent   company in Berlin, Germany. 
 Skills and qualifications required:   • Many years of relevant work experience in the PR, media or advertising business;   • Know-how of all PR and Advertising tools and a deep understanding of integrated communications;   • Extensive network of contacts with important Russia media representatives and journalists;   • Strong competencies in budget calculation and business operation;   • Exceptional persuasion and leadership skills to successfully position MC in the Russian   market;   • Excellent Russian and English communication skills; German is desirable;   • Perspective of maturing into Managing Director position of MC Russia
