The Kashagan Project is one of the biggest developments in
extreme conditions in the history of oil industry. The full field
development will consist of 3 to 4 main phases for a production
period of over 30 years, with a 10 year long plateau at 1.5 million
barrels per day. This field and other satellites are located in the
North Caspian Sea . NCOC is the Operator of this license. NCOC
Headquarters will be based in Kazakhstan, while some activities
will require personnel spread over Europe and the USA.
