Talked to HR Natalia Ivashina. Answered a few general questions and at first everything was fine, until she found out that I was in Russia. Then her tone of communication has changed, she said that the company is not going to sponsor the war, and when I said that I am in the process of moving to Cyprus right now she was very surprised that there are still some companies who relocate Russians, discontent was heard in her tone. Then I received a reply that I did not fit the position, although not a single technical question was asked, and I have a resume with 12 years of experience in programming, worked in well-known companies, have good knowledge of two foreign languages and excellent education. I can conclude that it was a personal dislike of me by Natalia Ivashina because of my nationality, what in my opinion is unacceptable, completely incompetent and terribly unpleasant
