In 2008 Integra purchased Villa on the South Coast of Sri Lanka.
The territory of this villa covers 1.3 acres of the coastal area.
At that moment there were two buildings: main villa which was open
for rent and House where the manager was dwelling with his family.
In 2009 House underwent complete overhaul, and since March 2010 new
Villa has also been welcoming its guests. At the turn of 2010
one-bedroom bungalow – was built in the area. At present all the
three houses are open for rent. All of them have ocean view. For
the next year it is planned to build a boutique hotel with six
bedrooms in the area of Villa Hibiscus, a swimming-pool, a dining
hall, a spa and a staff house where a kitchen with professional
equipment, manager’s office, a lounge and a cellar will be located.
To expand the project we have acquired a land plot next to the
territory of villa. There we suggest building three houses more, an
art school for kids where they can learn some folk craft such as
batik. Their pieces of art will be sold in a shop established right
there. A restaurant on the coast to the right of the villa is also
planned for construction. Thus, by 2013 there will be a resort with
a well-developed infrastructure and top-level service. The guests
will be offered various types of accommodation – from inexpensive
rooms in the secondary line to luxurious villa on the coast; spa
complex, a restaurant, wedding and other celebrations arrangement,
various excursions. Currently, the following staff is employed at
the villa: a manager, a stuart, a cook, a kitchen hand, a maid, a
janitor, a security guard and a gardener. Eight people in total.
